Ingredients

1 Lb. Pasta

2 Lb. Ricotta cheese

3 Jars of spaghetti sauce (25 oz each)

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil water in a large spaghetti pot and add pasta. Let pasta cook until it’s slightly al dente. Drain pasta. Add thin layer of margarine and/or butter to the bottom of spaghetti pot. Add your pasta and 2 jars of sauce. Stir. Add 2 lbs. of ricotta cheese and mix. Add a 1/2 jar of sauce to the bottom of your baking pan. Add your mix of pasta, sauce, and ricotta cheese to pan. Then add the other 1/2 of sauce on top of pasta. Put in oven for 20 - 30 min or until top and sides are crispy.
