Ingredients

1 package Crab Meat (immitation sea legs works just as well)

1/3 c seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 t old bay seasoning

3 T ketchup

1/2 t dry mustard

1 egg

1/3 c mayo

1 t garlic powder

2 T flour

salt & pepper

Large Mushroom Caps

Preparation

Press crab into collander to remove excess fluid. Crumble meat with hands/or chop Mix all ingredients together. If mixture seems too dry add an additional egg. If mixture seems to wet add additional breadcrumbs. Fill Caps. Top with fresh or dried parsley Garnish with slices of lemon and fresh parsley

Bake 350 degrees-15 minutes Freezes well if you want to make ahead of time.
