Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup dried tomatoes

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1.5 cups bulgur

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

2-3 teaspoons honey

Black pepper

Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and add 2 cups cherry tomatoes. Saute over high heat for 5 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 cup dried tomatoes and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Continue to cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Turn heat down and add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1.5 cups bulgur. Saute over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.

Stir in 2 cups water, bring to a boil, turn heat down to as low as possible. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Fluff and add red pepper flakes, lemon, honey, and black pepper to taste.
