Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon flour

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

3 1/2 cups water

7 ounces tomato puree

Salt, pepper

Handful of fidelini

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Dash of curcuma

1/2 teaspoon marjoram

1/4 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

  1. Bring olive oil to medium heat in medium heavy pot.
  2. Add flour, mix. Add garlic. Mix well.
  3. Remove from heat and pour in water. Mix well.
  4. Return pot to heat. Add tomato puree. Stir. Bring to boil stirring frequently. Add salt/pepper.
  5. Drop in fidelini, mix and cook according to instructions (about 3 minutes).
  6. At the end of cooking time add parsley, curcuma, marjoram and oregano.
  7. Serve hot.
