Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
3 1/2 cups water
7 ounces tomato puree
Salt, pepper
Handful of fidelini
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Dash of curcuma
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Preparation
- Bring olive oil to medium heat in medium heavy pot.
- Add flour, mix. Add garlic. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and pour in water. Mix well.
- Return pot to heat. Add tomato puree. Stir. Bring to boil stirring frequently. Add salt/pepper.
- Drop in fidelini, mix and cook according to instructions (about 3 minutes).
- At the end of cooking time add parsley, curcuma, marjoram and oregano.
- Serve hot.
