Ingredients
2c organic white flour
1 1/2c organic raw sugar
3/4 c ghee
1 c pecan halves
1 c carb chips
Preparation
Combined flour, 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup ghee and mix well and pack in the bottom of a 12 x 12 square pan bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Now combined remaining ghee, sugar in a sauce pan and stir until smooth.
When bottom crust is baked and warm, place pecans neatly next to one another, then drizzle sauce pan mixture. And lastly. Drop carb chips all around and when they start to melt take a fork and spread out the chocolate leaving some cookie showing in places. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
