Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen/fresh fruit

Dash of cinnamon

Handful of oats

Optional:

Brown sugar if fruit is tart

Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Place bitesize pieces of fruit to a microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon over fruit (Add brown sugar if desired). Incorporate the oats and toss everything together. Place in microwave for 1 minute. Remove and toss. Return to microwave for 1 more minute or less (ripe fruit will be quick and less ripe or frozen fruit will take longer). The juice from the fruit will soften and cook the oats. When the oats are soft and the fruit is hot and cooked it is finished. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired! Enjoy!
