6 sheets or 1 box lasagna
3 pounds ground beef
3 large cans tomato sauce (29 oz)
2 1/2 cups water
1 can sliced mushrooms
7 1/2 tablespoons dry onions
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon oregano
2 1/4 teaspoons basil
2 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
3/4 teaspoon margoran
2 lbs ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 lb mozorella cheese
3/4 cup parmesean cheese
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes. Put sauce in bottom of 1 pan, put layer of pasta, sauce, cheese mix, repeat 2 more times.
