Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce, cut for salad

1/2 pound fresh spinach

1 cup frozen peas

3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 cup celery chopped

1/2 pound bacon, fried and c rumbled

2 fresh green onions, sliced on the diagonal

Preparation

Clean and thoroughly dry lettuce and spinach. layer in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and spread over salad, sealing all edges. Do no mix until ready to serve. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
