Ingredients
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
½ c. each:
chopped Onion
Bell Pepper
Celery
2 lbs. Frozen crawfish w/juice
1 can each:
98% Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom
98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken
2 can’s each:
Cream of Shrimp
Tony’s Ettouffe Sauce
(Sometimes hard to find, but
most Krogers stores have it
in stock)
8 oz. Bertoli Light Alfredo
To Taste:
Tony’s Original Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Heat oil and garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onions, bell pepper and celery and sauté 3-5 minutes until tender. Add soups, sauces and thawed crawfish (w/juice) and cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Season to taste and serve. *Best served with rice. *In the off-season you can use only 1lb of crawfish and add 1 diced sausage link and 1 diced chicken breast. *Leftovers may be frozen for later enjoyment!
