Ingredients

1 1/2C Multigrain Penne Pasta (uncooked)

9oz Spinach Leaves (fresh)

1lb Chicken Breast (boneless skinless cubed)

1tsp Basil leaves

14 1/2oz Spaghetti Sauce

14 1/2oz Diced Tomatoes (drained)

2oz Neufchatel Cheese (cubed)

1C Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

2TBS Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Preparation

Heat oven to 375

Cook pasta, adding spinach to boiling water for last 1 minute.

Cook and stir chicken and basil in nonstick skillet on medium high heat 3 minutes. Add sauce & tomatoes, bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in cream cheese.

Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture & 1/2C mozzarella. Spoon into 2qt baking dish.

Bake 20 minutes Sprinkle with reamining cheese. Bake 3 minutes.
