Ingredients

16oz Cream Cheese (softened)

3/4C Sweet Potatoes (drained/mashed)

1/2C Sugar

1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 dash Ground Cloves

1 dash Ground Nutmeg

1/2tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs

1 Grahm cracker crust

3/4C Pecans

2TBS Maple Syrup

Preparation

Heat oven to 350.

Beat cream cheese, sweet potaotes, sugar, & spices on medium until well blended.

Pour into crust. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Drizzle with syrup just before serving.
