Ingredients

stewing beef

cubed potatoes

carrots

onion

celery

stewed tomatoes

red wine

salt

pepper corn

parsley

basil

any other vegetables

Preparation

chop all vegatables. Place in casserole with browned meat. Add seasoing to taste. Add 1/4 cup of wine and same of water. Add can of stewed totmatoes. Base at 350 for 5 hours. Serve with salad, hot rolls and butter.
