Ingredients

-1 cup whole wheat flour

-2 tsp baking powder

-A pinch os sea salt

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 tbsp agave nectar

-2 tbsp vegetable oil or Canola oil

-1 cup vanilla soy or almond milk (I use Silk or Almond Breeze)

-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Preparation

-In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and pumpkin pie spice if used -Next, add oil, milk, and agave nectar -In a pan over low/medium heat, pour a CD-size amount -Cook each side until light brown (until you see bubbling)
