Ingredients

1/2 cup oil

1 stick butter

2 eggs

1 Tb butavan

1 can blueberries (drain, but save juice)

3 cups flour

1 and 3/4 cup sugar

1 Tb baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

1 cup buttermilk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Mix oil and butter. Add dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs, butavan, and 1/2 of blueberry juice. Fold in blueberries. Put in greased muffin tin. Bake 18-20 min.
