6 Weeks Bran Muffin Mix Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup Nabisco 100% Bran

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup oil

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 cups buttermilk

2 1/2 cups flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

2 cups Kellogg’s All Bran

1/2 teaspoon salt

Raisins

Preparation

Pour boiling water over Nabisco 100% Bran. Cream oil, sugar and eggs together. Add buttermilk and Nabisco mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Stir well until blended.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
