Ingredients
1 gal. sour pickles whole
1 small bottle Tabasco
3 lb. bag sugar minus 3 cups
1 garlic clove, chopped
Preparation
Drain and dice pickles. Layer pickles, sugar, tabasco and garlic until jar is full. Turn upside down on 1st day, right side up the 2nd day. Alternate each day until 7th day. Open and enjoy
