Ingredients
2 cups refried beans
Tabasco (as much as you want, 1 teaspoon min.)
Salt to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp sliced Jalapenos
Sour Cream (as much as you want)
Black Olives (as much as you want, 1 small can drained is fine)
1 medium tomatoe diced
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Preparation
- Heat beans in a pan or skillet. Add water to make a creamy texture to the beans.
- Add your tabasco to the beans
- When the beans start to boil slightly, remove from heat and spread them evenly on a cassarole dish or platter. It helps if it is already warm. Add the cheese
- Add a layer of chopped onions, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded lettuce, black olives and jalapenos.
