Ingredients
2 c. cucumbers, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Put in refrigerator to crisp and store in refrigerator. (I use a quart measuring cup to cook these in.)
