Ingredients
3 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour sifted
3/4 cup 7-up
2 tbsp lemon extract
Preparation
Cream margarine and sugar with mixer at high speed about 10 minutes or until smooth and fluffy
add eggs one at a time and beat well
Mix in flour at low speed
Add 7 up and lemon extract - blend well
add nuts if desired
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan
Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour
