Ingredients
2 heaping teaspoons cocoa
4 teaspoons brown sugar (also heaping)
2 ounces Meyers dark rum
Enough milk to fill two large mugs
2 cinnamon tea bags (such as Growers Choice)
Grand Marnier (optional)
Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Preparation
Slowly warm milk over low to medium-low heat with the cinnamon tea bags immersed. (Be careful not to scald the milk!) Mix 1 heaping teaspoon cocoa and 2 heaping teaspoons brown sugar with one ounce rum in each mug. Pour in milk when warm enough. Add barely a dribble of Grand Marnier to each mug (maybe a 1/2 teaspoon). Stir well, serve with cinnamon sticks and Enjoy!
