4 bone-in skinless breasts of chicken 4 red onion 4 bell peppers 1 cup low fay mayo fresh ginger 1 head garlic soy barbeque sauce

cut bells and onions in quaters. combine mayo,poultry seasoning and redpepper flakes. put the mayo mixture, and veggies in baggie for 2 to 24 hours. wipe clean and grill 10 minutes per side of chicken and veggies, basting very often and serve renainder of sauce on the side
