Ingredients
1 1/2 pound of hamburger
1/4 diced medium onion
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp Chili powder
1 crushed diced garlic clove.
6 good Portuguese rolls
Good and spicy mustard for rolls
Preparation
Mix everything together using a spoon. As soon as the ingredients are blended form into patties. Fry in some bacon fat. Cook until just pink in the middle.
Slice the Portuguese rolls and spread the the mustard on one side. Place hamburgers on and enjoy.
