Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 & 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinammon
Preparation
- Cream butter, 1&1/2 cups sugar, and sour cream.
- Beat eggs well, add vanilla then add to creamed mixture and beat well.
- Combine the dry ingredients (except for last three).
- Add the mixed dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
- Thoroughly grease a 10 inch tube pan.
- Mix the remaining three ingredients (pecans, sugar and cinammon) together..
- Put layers of batter and pecan mixture ending with batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
