Ingredients

Mixed Greens

Tomatoes

Corn (uncooked but sliced off the cob)

Red Onion

Mushrooms

Black Olives

Beans (if desired)

Oil & Vinegar dressing (if desired)

Lemons/Limes for zest

Preparation

Fill a large bowl with greens that are well washed. Add sliced tomatoes, chopped onion, whole mushrooms,corn and olives (and beans if desired).

After all ingrediants have been added, I throw in a pinch of pepper and some dill seasoning. Dill brings a unique flavor to almost any dish! I finish the salad with either dressing, or sometimes I just spritz it with lemon and lime juice. The flavors come together beautifully, creating a zesty sensation.
