Ingredients

3 Lg. Eggs

2 1/2 C. Milk

1 1/4 C. Flour

1 T. Sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 T. Melted Butter

Preparation

  1. Whisk together eggs and 1 C. milk.
  2. Sift dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture, mixing well.
  3. Melt 1/2 tsp. butter in 10" non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 C. Batter into pan. Cook until golden and flip.
