Ingredients

3 large eggs

2 cups of milk

1 tablespoon of Saigon cinnamon

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

1 teaspoon of ground cloves

1 loaf of French bread

Preparation

Whisk eggs and milk thoroughly. Add in cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Slice French bread on diagonal and arrange them in a pan. Pour the mixture on top of the bread. Cover the pan with Saran wrap and refridgerate for half an hour. With a greased griddle over medium heat, cook the bread.
