Ingredients

8 oz. Rotini pasta

2 oz. Asiago cheese

2 oz. Pine nuts

2 oz. Sundried Tomatoes

1 chopped tomato

1 t chopped garlic

1/4 cup fresh basil or cilantro

Dressing:

2 t dijon mustard

1/2 c olive oil

1/2 c fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup dry white wine/vermouth/xtra lemon juice

1 t salt

1 t sugar

freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

cook pasta add all ingredients in a bowl mix with dressing

be creative with veg ingredients - works well with fresh peas, broccoli, shredded carrots, etc.
