Ingredients

1 stick unsalted butter

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 well beaten eggs

4 Tbs sour cream

1 Tsp Baking Soda

3 very ripe bananas

1 1/2 cup sifted flour

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Prehat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour one loaf pan.

Beat sugar with butter until light. Add the eggs. Dissolve the baking soda in the sour cream and set aside. Mash the bananas well. Combine the salt and the flour. Add sour cream mixture to butter, sugar and egg mixture. Alternately add the flour and the mashed bananas. Add the vanilla. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour.
