Ingredients
4 or more NICE apples
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/4 Cup unsalted butter
1/2 TEASpoon salt
Preparation
-Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees -Peel, core and slice apples into 1/4" pieces -Overlap slices in rows in either a pie plate or square pan -Mix until crumbly all other ingredients (using a pastry cutter/blender makes it easier) -Sprinkle generously, the butter/sugar mixture over apples -Bake for30 minutes -Serve w/ice cream, whipped cream or NUTHIN'
