Ingredients
2 lbs of ground pork1 cup of water1 onion chopped finely1 clove of garlic chopped1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon celery saltdash macedash cayenne1 potatoe grated
2 pie shells
Preparation
Saute onion, garlic until tender.Add ground pork, spices and potatoe.Add one cup of water and simmer until tender about 45 minutes.Let cool completely.Spoon into two 8 inch pie shells and bake at 425 for 40 minutes.Serve warm.*It is very important to let the filling cool before placing it in the pastry, if not cooled you will have soggy pastry.
