Ingredients

3 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup good quality cocoa powder unsweetened

2 Tablespoons flour, potato starch (for passover) or Gluten free flour

3 egg whites

2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts

1/3 cup sweetened coconut

3/4 cup good quality chocolate chips

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Blend together, sugar, cocoa and flour in a mixing bowl. Add slowly egg whites one at a time beating well after each one and scraping bowl often. Beat at high speed 1 minute. Stir in coconut, pecans or walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake 18 minutes Remove from oven and let cool, then peel off parchment store in container or freezer. When serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
