Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion (fresh or dehydrated)
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons chili powder
3 Tablespoons WHITE vinegar
Shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
Sour cream, optional
Chopped green onion, optional
Preparation
Cook and stir ground beef or ground turkey and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until done; drain if needed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped green onion, if desired.
