Ingredients
12 - Chicken drum sticks or thigh (dark meat is best)
6 garlic cloves
1 cup of soy sauce (Swan is best)
3/4 cup of distilled vinegar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
4 bay leaves
1 cup of water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large pan and cook at medium for an hour. Make sure to lower the heat between low and medium to prevent burning the meat at the bottom of the pan.
