Ingredients

2 tablespoons instant espresso granules

1/2 c. boiling water

2 cups light vanilla ice cream

4 teaspoons Kahlua

2 tablespoons shaved bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine espresso granules and boiling water, stirring until granules dissolve.
  2. Place 1/2 cup ice cream into dessert bowls. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons espresso, 1 teaspoon Kahlua, and 1/2 tablespoon chocolate.
