Ingredients
4 peaches, diced
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon cardamom
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
2 unbaked pie crusts, either homemade or frozen
Preparation
Mix diced peaches, agave and spices in a medium bowl,then pour into one pie crust. Roll the other pie crust flat and cut into 1/4 - 1/2 in strips and layer it like lattice across the top of the pie. bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the crust looks done!
