Ingredients

2 egg yolks

juice of one lemon

fresh dill

olive oil

canola oil

salt

pepper

Preparation

Start w/2 egg yolks in a food processor, squeeze the juice of one lemon in and some fresh dill. Put the lid on, begin blending and slowly drizzle a litle bit of olive oil and a little bit of canola oil (equal parts) until you reach desired consistency. If you add too much oil, it will become very thick. The season with salt and pepper (or Chef Daddy salt).
