Ingredients
800g Hake fillets
2 medium potatoes (peeled, boiled & mashed)
2 eggs
Half bunch dhania (coriander) ( chopped fine)
1 Tablespoon chopped mint
2 Tablespoons crushed green chillies
2 medium onions (chopped fine)
half tsp mix dried herb
half tsp jeera powder
half tsp dhania powder (coriander)
1 tsp crushed black pepper
Salt
Bread crumbs
Preparation
- Remove skin from hake, boil for 30 minutes, cool and flake the fish.
- Add all ingredients except eggs & bread crumbs to the fish & mix all together.
- Beat eggs and add to the mixture, do not over mix as the mixture will become too soft to handle.
- Make into patties, dip in bread crumbs.
- Fry in medium oil until golden brown.
