Ingredients

3/4 C. Vegan Margerine

2 C. Sugar

1 1/2 C. Flour

1/2 C. Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 C. Applesauce

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

12 oz. (2C.) Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

  1. Mix together all ingredients, reserving 1/2 C. of the chocolate chips.
  2. Spread into oiled 9x13 pan.
  3. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 C. of chocolate chips on top of batter.
  4. Bake for approx. 35 min.
