Ingredients

1/4 lb. + 1T butter

1 Cup sugar

4 Egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

1 Pinch of Baking Soda (mixed in 1 T water)

2 Cups flour

Jar of Black Raspberry Jam

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar Add egg yolks, vanilla, soda and flour

This will make a stiff dough

Spread in a well greased 13" by 9" pan Spread Jam over the dough.

Cook in a medium oven (350 degrees) for 30-35 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean)
