Ingredients
2cups heavy cream
1/2cup parmesan cheese grated
1/2cup mozeralla cheese shredded
4tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
1/4 onion finely minced
Preparation
Saute onion and garlic in 2tbsp of olive oil, add onion first when it’s translucent add the garlic. Cook them until the garlic starts to brown. Seperate pan bring butter and cream to simmer, add the cooked garlic, onion and olive oil. Now slowly add one cheese constantly stirring, then the other. Then pour it over whatever you want or bottle it and eat later.
