Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 stick of unsalted butter

1/3 parmesano reggiano

1/4 cup romano pecorino

1/4 cup basil

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

combine the whipping cream and the butter into a medium sauce pan. place on high heat

bring to a boil.

reduce heat to medium low, and genly stir in the freshly grated parmesano regg cheese,

then add in your pecorino

coarsely chop the basil, and then add that.

reduce heat to a simmer, and stir frequently.

toss with your favorite pasta
