Ingredients
2 grilled 1/3 lb. burgers
cheese(optional)
2 oz. of cooked black beans
2 oz. of cooked rice
2 slices of beef or chicken teryaki
For the Sauce:
1/2 medium tomato, diced
a few sliced Mushrooms
a squeeze of lime
Preparation
pile all ingredients on a burger roll.
Sauce: Cook and stir all ingredients at once, at a low-med level, add to burger
