Ingredients

1 Tb Butter

2 Md Onion, Chopped

2 Lb Ground Sirloin

2 Egg, Beaten

1 C Dry Oatmeal

1 Tb Horseradish

1/4 Ts Pepper

1/2 C Ketchup

1/4 C Milk

GLAZE

1/2 C Ketchup

1 Tb Horseradish

3 Tb Brown Sugar

2 Ts Spicy Mustard

Preparation

Saute onion in butter until soft. Combine with remaining ingredients and put in greased loaf pan. Pour glaze over and bake at 350℉ for 1-1/4 hours.
