Ingredients
1 cup All-Bran
3/4 cup milk
soak until All-Bran is soft
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup melted margarine, oil or shortening.
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
Preparation
*I use molasses and honey- first pour a small amount of each over first ingredient before adding dry mixture. Mix well. Use muffin liners, bake at 350 or less for 20 minutes. Do not overbake. Freeze well.
