Ingredients

1 All purpose flour-930g

2 All Bran flakes- 4 cup

3 salt-1tsp

4 Soda bicarbonate-5 levelled tsp( do not use baking powder)

5 Eggs-4

6 Light Brown Sugar- 620g

7 Milk 1 Litre

8 Canola Oil-125 ml

9 Vanilla essence- 4 tbsp

10 Raisins-250g

11 Dates -250g

12 Nuts-100g

Preparation

Take a big bowl and beat the eggs well. Add sugar and blend till creamy.Add oil and and mix well. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add milk and bran mixture alternately to the egg mixture till all ingredients are well mixed..Add raisins ,dates and nuts. Sore this in a glass /tupperwarebowl.Close it tightly with cling wrap/lid.Leave this in fridge for 12 hours before baking..Bake in apreheated ovenat 180degrees c,for15 minutes. Brush the muffins wth salted butter and top with mashed bananaand brown sugar.
