Ingredients
12 fresh green jalapenos (try to get all of them @ 1 1/2 inches long.
8 oz cream cheese - can purchase pre-whipped or let soften and whip at home until fluffy.
12 slices thin bacon - mesquite flavored perferred - cutin half.
Ranch Dressing - Hidden Valley is the best!
Preparation
Slice jalapenos in half - cutting thru stem - leaving each piece with a small amount of stemm attached. Discard seeds and membranes. Use gloves! Fill the hulls with cream cheese and wrap a 1/2 strip of bacon around pepper - having ends on bottom. Spray cookie sheet with no stick coating. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes - till bacon is done - not dry and crisp though. Serve immediately or can be reheted in microwave - suggest med heat. Provide ranch dressing for dipping. Sometimes these can be very hot in spice - warn your guests/victims!
