Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 tbs sesame
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion
1 red pepper
1/4 fennel
100 grams assorted mushroom
2 tbs chopped ginger
2 tbs oystersauce
3 tbs sweet chilisauce
0,5 cup soy saus
4 tbs chopped fresh basil
Minced black pepper
Preparation
Cut chicken and vegetables in slices and put them on two separate plates. Put sesame seeds on a dry pan and fry them. Add sesame -and olive oil. Add vegetables and fry for 30 seconds. Add the chicken. Fry his for 1 minute and add oyster sauce, chilli saus, ginger and soyasaus. Stir well. Let it heat and add basil at the end.
Serve with plain nudles.
