Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 cans coconut milk
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Chocolate chunks and/or marcona almonds
Preparation
Heat water, sugar and honey over medium heat to 185 degrees. Pour over the coconut milk; add the salt and cinnamon. Blend thoroughly.
Chill completely in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Process according to ice cream machine instructions, adding in chocolate chunks and marcona almonds to take it to another level.
