Ingredients
1/3 lb Mahi Mahi filet
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp basil
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Rinse off Mahi Mahi and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and rub to cover the fish. Combine all dry ingredients together in a shallow bowl and mix. Then take the Mahi filet and press into the mixture to coat on each side. Place under the broiler until the crust is golden brown and the fish is flaky. Serve with a heavier side like roasted potatoes and asparagus.
