Ingredients

1/2 cup finely chopped unblanched almonds

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 Hellmann’s or Best Foods mayonnaise

1 lb fish fillets (flounder or sole)

Preparation

In shallow dish, stir together almonds, crumbs, salt and pepper until well blended. Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan or on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 425 until golden and fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
